The StarRouter500 industrial router features an innovative dual Ethernet port design (1 WAN port + 1 LAN port) combined with dual SIM card slots technology, providing comprehensive redundant communication links. Equipped with an industrial-grade CAT4 4G LTE module, it supports high-speed data transmission with downlink rates of up to 150Mbps and uplink rates of 50Mbps, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial environments for large data volume transfers. When one carrier’s signal becomes unstable, the system automatically switches to another carrier’s network, ensuring your industrial equipment remains permanently online and providing uninterrupted network connectivity for critical operations.
StarRouter500 incorporates a rich array of VPN solutions, including PPTP, L2TP, IPSEC, OPENVPN, GRE, GETAP, and Vxlan protocols, building an impenetrable data security defense. Whether transmitting industrial control commands, sensitive monitoring data, or video surveillance streams, all can be securely transmitted through encrypted tunnels, effectively preventing data theft and network attacks, providing comprehensive security protection for your industrial network.
Based on an open Linux operating system design, the SR500 is equipped with 64MB of memory and expandable FLASH storage up to 32MB, providing ample hardware resources for secondary development. We offer comprehensive secondary development documentation, allowing you to develop customized applications according to specific industry requirements and implement customized functional extensions. Whether supporting special protocols, edge computing, or custom data processing workflows, all can be easily implemented on the SR500 platform, greatly enhancing the product’s adaptability and application value.
StarRouter500 supports dynamic routing protocols OSPF and RIP, enabling intelligent network routing management; supports policy routing, easily achieving data traffic distribution; features built-in VLAN functionality, allowing the creation of multiple virtual LANs with both tagged and untagged modes, providing flexible isolation solutions for industrial networks. It supports wired and wireless backup options, building redundant network architectures to ensure uninterrupted communications.
Featuring an all-metal housing with compact dimensions (only 122×100mm), the router supports both DIN rail and desktop installation, adapting to various industrial deployment scenarios. With wide voltage input design (DC 536V, expandable to 560V) and ultra-low power consumption (operating at only 150~250mA@12V DC), it ensures stable operation in various power environments. Each device undergoes rigorous aging tests before leaving the factory, maintaining stable operation in extreme temperatures and harsh environments.
