The SV900 series is a high-performance 5G vehicle gateway specifically designed for unmanned mining trucks, featuring advanced communication technology and robust design to meet stable connectivity requirements in harsh mining environments. This gateway provides reliable data transmission channels for unmanned mining trucks and serves as the core equipment for intelligent, unmanned mining operations.
The SV900 gateway is designed for harsh mining environments, adopting fully sealed M12 aviation connectors with IP67 protection rating to resist dust, vibration, and extreme temperatures. Dual-mode 5G/4G communication technology ensures network stability in complex mining terrain, supporting multi-channel data transmission for remote control and real-time data uploads from unmanned mining trucks.
In unmanned mining truck systems, the SV900 gateway connects the Vehicle Autonomous Piloting subsystem (VAP), Data Communication subsystem (DCS), and Ground Management subsystem (GMS), enabling fully autonomous “loading, transport, and unloading” operations for mining trucks. Through multi-sensor data fusion, it supports high-precision positioning and navigation, ensuring safe operation of mining trucks in complex terrain.
