Le client avait un besoin simple mais exigeant : \u00e9quiper sa flotte de plus de 200 bus d'une surveillance vid\u00e9o en temps r\u00e9el, d'un syst\u00e8me de comptage des passagers et de communications unifi\u00e9es avec le dispatching, tout en maintenant une connectivit\u00e9 solide comme le roc \u00e0 travers les tunnels souterrains et les autoroutes sur\u00e9lev\u00e9es o\u00f9 les signaux tombent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en panne. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 plusieurs options, j'ai opt\u00e9 pour la passerelle v\u00e9hicule SV910 dual 5G. Les r\u00e9sultats sur le terrain ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les attentes. Voici un aper\u00e7u de ce que nous avons appris, au cas o\u00f9 cela aiderait quelqu'un \u00e0 relever des d\u00e9fis similaires.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Contexte du projet et points douloureux<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Sch\u00e9ma de l'interface de la passerelle de v\u00e9hicule SV910 montrant les m\u00e9thodes de connexion d\u00e9taill\u00e9es et la distribution des ports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport utilisait d'anciens terminaux mobiles 4G et les probl\u00e8mes s'accumulaient. Tout d'abord, la bande passante \u00e9tait un goulot d'\u00e9tranglement - chaque bus avait six cam\u00e9ras HD \u00e0 bord, et la 4G ne pouvait tout simplement pas g\u00e9rer la charge. Les bus traversaient deux tunnels et un tron\u00e7on d'autoroute sur\u00e9lev\u00e9e, et les flux vid\u00e9o se coupaient \u00e0 chaque fois, laissant le centre de dispatching dans l'ignorance. Troisi\u00e8mement, la configuration de l'\u00e9quipement \u00e9tait d\u00e9sordonn\u00e9e : un bo\u00eetier pour la vid\u00e9o, un autre pour la r\u00e9partition vocale, un autre encore pour le comptage des passagers. La maintenance \u00e9tait un cauchemar.<\/p>\n<p>Le directeur informatique, M. Li, a parfaitement r\u00e9sum\u00e9 la situation : \u201cLes passagers se plaignent que le WiFi \u00e0 bord fonctionne comme un escargot. Notre propre syst\u00e8me de surveillance tombe en panne tous les deux jours. J'ai compar\u00e9 cinq ou six produits avant de prendre une d\u00e9cision. Le SV910 l'a emport\u00e9 parce que plusieurs de ses caract\u00e9ristiques r\u00e9pondaient directement aux probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<h4>Double architecture 5G<\/h4>\n<p>Cette conception est incroyablement pratique. Deux cartes SIM 5G fonctionnent simultan\u00e9ment - l'une d\u00e9di\u00e9e au streaming vid\u00e9o, l'autre g\u00e9rant les donn\u00e9es professionnelles - sans interf\u00e9rence. Mieux encore, la fonction d'agr\u00e9gation multi-r\u00e9seaux permet aux deux modules 5G de combiner la bande passante. Les vitesses th\u00e9oriques en liaison descendante d\u00e9passent les 2 Gbps. Dans des conditions urbaines r\u00e9elles, nous avons constamment atteint environ 800 Mbps, ce qui rend la transmission simultan\u00e9e de six flux vid\u00e9o 1080p sans effort.<\/p>\n<h4>Six ports Ethernet pour v\u00e9hicules<\/h4>\n<p>Cam\u00e9ras, compteurs de passagers, syst\u00e8mes d'annonce, terminaux de r\u00e9partition - tout se branche directement sur la passerelle, sans commutateur externe. La conception bimode T1\/TX est un atout suppl\u00e9mentaire : les anciens dispositifs se connectent via Ethernet standard, tandis que les \u00e9quipements plus r\u00e9cents utilisent Ethernet automobile. Des probl\u00e8mes de compatibilit\u00e9 ? R\u00e9solus.<\/p>\n<h4>Synchronisation du temps PTP\/gPTP<\/h4>\n<p>Ne vous laissez pas intimider par ce nom technique : cette fonction est essentielle pour l'assemblage de vid\u00e9os de plusieurs cam\u00e9ras. Auparavant, les erreurs d'horodatage entre les cam\u00e9ras rendaient l'analyse des s\u00e9quences d'accident incroyablement frustrante. D\u00e9sormais, tous les dispositifs embarqu\u00e9s se synchronisent avec une pr\u00e9cision de l'ordre de la microseconde, ce qui garantit l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 totale de la cha\u00eene de preuves.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>Le processus de d\u00e9ploiement<\/h2>\n<p>Nous avons commenc\u00e9 par un projet pilote de deux bus. Le d\u00e9ploiement s'est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 plus facilement que pr\u00e9vu et s'est d\u00e9compos\u00e9 en quelques phases cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<h4>Installation du mat\u00e9riel<\/h4>\n<p>Le format compact du SV910 a jou\u00e9 en notre faveur. Nous l'avons install\u00e9 dans le compartiment de l'\u00e9quipement, derri\u00e8re le si\u00e8ge du conducteur, en faisant passer des c\u00e2bles dans le plafond jusqu'\u00e0 l'emplacement de chaque appareil. Les six ports Ethernet du v\u00e9hicule sont reli\u00e9s \u00e0 quatre cam\u00e9ras de porte (avant et arri\u00e8re) et \u00e0 deux cam\u00e9ras de milieu de cabine. L'interface CAN est reli\u00e9e aux diagnostics du moteur et aux capteurs d'\u00e9tat des portes. Deux entr\u00e9es num\u00e9riques g\u00e9raient le bouton d'urgence et les capteurs de porte.<\/p>\n<h4>Configuration du r\u00e9seau<\/h4>\n<p>L'interface de gestion web du SV910 est organis\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re logique et guid\u00e9e par un assistant. J'ai configur\u00e9 une double politique d'\u00e9quilibrage de charge 5G : le trafic vid\u00e9o passe par la carte SIM principale, les donn\u00e9es professionnelles par la carte secondaire. Lorsque la force du signal sur l'une ou l'autre carte tombe en dessous de -100dBm, le trafic bascule automatiquement vers la connexion la plus puissante. J'ai \u00e9galement activ\u00e9 l'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration multir\u00e9seau pour combiner les performances de la bande passante.<\/p>\n<h4>Gestion des sc\u00e9narios de tunnel<\/h4>\n<p>C'\u00e9tait le test critique. Nous avons exploit\u00e9 la fonction wake-on-LAN du SV910 combin\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en cache locale. Lorsque le syst\u00e8me d\u00e9tecte une perte de r\u00e9seau, les donn\u00e9es vid\u00e9o sont automatiquement mises en cache dans le stockage local. Une fois la connectivit\u00e9 r\u00e9tablie, l'appareil remplit les s\u00e9quences manquantes - pas de trames perdues, pas de donn\u00e9es perdues. Apr\u00e8s plusieurs essais en tunnel, la lecture a montr\u00e9 des enregistrements totalement transparents. M. Li nous a f\u00e9licit\u00e9s sur-le-champ.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>R\u00e9sultats et donn\u00e9es de performance<\/h2>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s un mois de fonctionnement pilote, nous avons compil\u00e9 des statistiques d\u00e9taill\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fiabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau :<\/strong> La disponibilit\u00e9 moyenne sur l'ensemble de l'itin\u00e9raire est pass\u00e9e de 87% \u00e0 99,2%. Les d\u00e9connexions quotidiennes des tunnels sont pass\u00e9es d'une moyenne de 12 incidents \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance de la bande passante :<\/strong> Les moyennes aux heures de pointe ont atteint 485 Mbps en liaison descendante et 76 Mbps en liaison montante, ce qui est largement suffisant pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 tous les besoins op\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9partition :<\/strong> Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une meilleure qualit\u00e9 vid\u00e9o en temps r\u00e9el, le centre de dispatching peut d\u00e9sormais surveiller les niveaux d'affluence dans les cabines et ajuster dynamiquement les intervalles de d\u00e9part. Lors d'une heure de pointe matinale, les dispatchers ont rep\u00e9r\u00e9 des afflux soudains de passagers dans une station gr\u00e2ce aux flux vid\u00e9o en direct et ont imm\u00e9diatement d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 des navettes suppl\u00e9mentaires, \u00e9liminant ainsi un risque potentiel pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 avant qu'il ne se d\u00e9veloppe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exp\u00e9rience WiFi pour les passagers :<\/strong> Auparavant, les conducteurs pouvaient \u00e0 peine charger des messages texte sur le r\u00e9seau WiFi embarqu\u00e9. D\u00e9sormais, le streaming vid\u00e9o fonctionne sans probl\u00e8me. Nous avons mont\u00e9 les quatre antennes 5G \u00e0 chaque coin du toit, en les espa\u00e7ant d'au moins 40 cm. L'intensit\u00e9 du signal s'est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de 6 \u00e0 8 dB par rapport \u00e0 un placement en grappe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Utilisez des op\u00e9rateurs diff\u00e9rents pour chaque carte SIM.<\/strong> Il est facile de l'oublier, mais deux cartes SIM du m\u00eame op\u00e9rateur peuvent toutes deux perdre le signal dans les m\u00eames zones mortes. Nous avons associ\u00e9 China Mobile comme op\u00e9rateur principal et China Telecom comme op\u00e9rateur de secours pour une redondance optimale de la couverture.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planifiez votre plateforme de gestion \u00e0 distance \u00e0 l'avance.<\/strong> Le SV910 prend en charge les protocoles standard TR-069 et MQTT, s'int\u00e9grant parfaitement \u00e0 la plate-forme d'exploitation existante de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de transport. Les pouss\u00e9es de configuration en masse, les mises \u00e0 jour de micrologiciels et les alertes de d\u00e9faillance pour plus de 200 v\u00e9hicules peuvent toutes \u00eatre g\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 distance, ce qui permet d'\u00e9conomiser d'\u00e9normes co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2>R\u00e9flexions finales<\/h2>\n<p>Le projet de transport intelligent est d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle de la flotte, plus de 200 bus \u00e9tant \u00e9quip\u00e9s du SV910. M.
