Et oui, depuis une dizaine d'ann\u00e9es, les passerelles CAN constituent l'\u00e9pine dorsale des syst\u00e8mes \u00e9lectroniques automobiles. Mais avec le d\u00e9veloppement de la conduite autonome et des technologies V2X (vehicle-to-everything), les passerelles CAN traditionnelles commencent \u00e0 accuser le poids des ans.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">J'ai r\u00e9cemment mis la main sur la passerelle SV900, et honn\u00eatement, on ne peut plus l'appeler simplement \"passerelle CAN\" - elle red\u00e9finit ce que devraient \u00eatre les syst\u00e8mes de communication des v\u00e9hicules.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"_1vwisb32\">Quels sont les goulets d'\u00e9tranglement auxquels se heurtent les passerelles CAN traditionnelles ?<\/h2>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Parlons d'abord des anciens probl\u00e8mes. Les passerelles CAN traditionnelles font principalement trois choses : la conversion du protocole, l'acheminement du signal et l'isolation du r\u00e9seau. Cela fonctionne bien pour les v\u00e9hicules conventionnels - lorsque vous ne faites que transmettre des signaux de freinage et des donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9gime entre les calculateurs, une bande passante de bus CAN de 500Kbps \u00e0 1Mbps est amplement suffisante.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Mais les choses ont chang\u00e9. Une seule plateforme d'essai de v\u00e9hicule autonome, \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un lidar, d'un radar \u00e0 ondes millim\u00e9triques et de plusieurs cam\u00e9ras, g\u00e9n\u00e8re plusieurs gigaoctets de donn\u00e9es par seconde. Toutes ces donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre transmises en temps r\u00e9el au nuage pour \u00eatre trait\u00e9es, et recevoir en retour des commandes de contr\u00f4le. Passerelle CAN traditionnelle ? D\u00e9sol\u00e9, elle n'a m\u00eame pas assez de ports Ethernet.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Il existe un autre probl\u00e8me dans le monde r\u00e9el : la stabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau. Lorsqu'un v\u00e9hicule de test roule sur l'autoroute, les signaux 4G vont et viennent. Si vous prenez un virage serr\u00e9 dans un tunnel, le signal s'interrompt. Remarquez que j'ai parl\u00e9 de deux modules 5G, et non d'un seul.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Cette conception est astucieuse. Deux cartes SIM fonctionnant sur des r\u00e9seaux d'op\u00e9rateurs diff\u00e9rents. Par exemple, l'une est sur China Mobile, l'autre sur China Unicom. Lorsque l'un des r\u00e9seaux est faible ou encombr\u00e9, l'appareil passe automatiquement \u00e0 l'autre. J'ai test\u00e9 ce syst\u00e8me : sur certains tron\u00e7ons de la voie express P\u00e9kin-Tibet o\u00f9 le signal est faible, une carte 5G seule tombe \u00e0 environ 30 Mbps, mais l'agr\u00e9gation de deux cartes reste stable \u00e0 plus de 80 Mbps.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Pour les sc\u00e9narios commerciaux tels que les v\u00e9hicules de livraison autonomes et les robotsaxis, m\u00eame quelques secondes d'interruption du r\u00e9seau peuvent causer des probl\u00e8mes. La double solution 5G est en fait une \"double assurance\" pour les communications.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"_1vwisb33\">Connecteurs M12 pour l'aviation : Voici \u00e0 quoi devrait ressembler un connecteur de qualit\u00e9 automobile<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">On pourrait penser que les connecteurs ne sont pas si importants. Mais si vous avez vu des ports Ethernet standard se d\u00e9tacher ou tomber apr\u00e8s qu'un v\u00e9hicule de test a roul\u00e9 sur des routes accident\u00e9es pendant quelques heures, vous comprendrez pourquoi\u00a0<strong>Connecteurs aviation M12<\/strong>\u00a0sont d'une importance capitale.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Le SV900 est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de 5 ports Ethernet M12 et d'un connecteur M12-X qui int\u00e8gre les interfaces RS232, RS485 et CAN. Ces connecteurs filet\u00e9s et verrouillables sont class\u00e9s IP67 - \u00e9tanches \u00e0 l'eau, \u00e0 la poussi\u00e8re et aux vibrations. J'ai vu des \u00e9quipes les utiliser dans des sites de test d\u00e9sertiques pendant trois mois d'affil\u00e9e sans aucun probl\u00e8me de connecteur.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Si l'on compare avec les appareils utilisant des ports RJ45 standard, les connexions l\u00e2ches apr\u00e8s quelques jours de vibration sont la norme et vous devez constamment vous arr\u00eater pour v\u00e9rifier les c\u00e2bles.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"_1vwisb33\">Pas seulement une passerelle, mais une station de relais de donn\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Cet appareil est dot\u00e9 d'une fonction int\u00e9gr\u00e9e\u00a0<strong>SDK d'agr\u00e9gation multi-r\u00e9seaux<\/strong>\u00a0qui peut empiler la bande passante de plusieurs r\u00e9seaux. Ceci est essentiel pour les sc\u00e9narios de prise en charge de la conduite \u00e0 distance - l'op\u00e9rateur de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 doit voir les images en temps r\u00e9el sans d\u00e9lai perceptible.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Il soutient \u00e9galement\u00a0<strong>Protocole NTRIP<\/strong>Ce qui est tr\u00e8s utile pour les \u00e9quipes qui effectuent des positionnements de haute pr\u00e9cision. Les v\u00e9hicules peuvent recevoir des donn\u00e9es de correction diff\u00e9rentielle en temps r\u00e9el via la passerelle, ce qui am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9cision du GPS de l'ordre du m\u00e8tre \u00e0 celui du centim\u00e8tre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"_1vwisb33\">Stockage des journaux : Fini les devinettes lors du d\u00e9pannage<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Il y a une autre caract\u00e9ristique pratique...<strong>Stockage du journal FLASH<\/strong>. Toutes les donn\u00e9es du r\u00e9seau, les messages CAN et les \u00e9v\u00e9nements du syst\u00e8me pendant le fonctionnement du v\u00e9hicule peuvent \u00eatre stock\u00e9s localement.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">J'ai rencontr\u00e9 une fois un probl\u00e8me \u00e9trange : un v\u00e9hicule de test a perdu la connexion pendant 30 secondes \u00e0 une intersection, mais les journaux du nuage n'indiquaient rien. Plus tard, les journaux locaux de la passerelle ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu'il s'agissait d'une br\u00e8ve interruption caus\u00e9e par le transfert d'une station de base 5G \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Ces v\u00e9hicules ne sont pas rapides, mais ils exigent des r\u00e9seaux extr\u00eamement stables : l'attribution des commandes, la planification des itin\u00e9raires et la surveillance \u00e0 distance d\u00e9pendent toutes de la connectivit\u00e9.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 deux passerelles 5G, les v\u00e9hicules de livraison restent connect\u00e9s m\u00eame dans les parkings et les zones d'immeubles denses o\u00f9 le signal est faible. Les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent voir en temps r\u00e9el la position, le niveau de batterie et l'\u00e9tat des commandes de chaque v\u00e9hicule, ce qui am\u00e9liore consid\u00e9rablement l'efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9partition.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"_1vwisb33\">Essais de Robotaxi : La transmission de donn\u00e9es sans faire tomber la balle<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Les v\u00e9hicules d'essai de conduite autonome g\u00e9n\u00e8rent plusieurs t\u00e9raoctets de donn\u00e9es par jour. Le stockage embarqu\u00e9 ne suffit pas : les donn\u00e9es doivent \u00eatre transmises en temps r\u00e9el ou presque. L'approche traditionnelle consiste \u00e0 t\u00e9l\u00e9charger les donn\u00e9es via un r\u00e9seau c\u00e2bl\u00e9 \u00e0 la base pendant la nuit, mais cette m\u00e9thode est trop inefficace pour les essais.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Avec les passerelles 5G doubles \u00e0 large bande passante, vous pouvez transmettre tout en conduisant. J'ai vu des \u00e9quipes commencer \u00e0 \u00e9tiqueter et \u00e0 s'entra\u00eener sur des donn\u00e9es de test diurnes d\u00e8s le soir, r\u00e9duisant ainsi de moiti\u00e9 leur cycle d'it\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"_1vwisb33\">Op\u00e9rations mini\u00e8res : Le test environnemental ultime<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Les environnements miniers sont encore plus difficiles : temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es, poussi\u00e8re, vibrations, signaux de mauvaise qualit\u00e9. Les connecteurs M12 et la double redondance 5G du SV900 brillent vraiment dans ces sc\u00e9narios.<\/span><span class=\"_1vwisb38\" data-testid=\"youchat-text\">Dans le cas d'une mine \u00e0 ciel ouvert, les op\u00e9rateurs ont d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 plus d'une douzaine de camions miniers autonomes utilisant deux passerelles 5G pour la surveillance \u00e0 distance et la prise de contr\u00f4le en cas d'urgence.
