Aujourd'hui, je vais expliquer clairement ce sujet, en commen\u00e7ant par ce qu'est un DTU. Les DTU sont largement utilis\u00e9s sur le march\u00e9 dans divers sc\u00e9narios, notamment dans l'agriculture, l'industrie, les syst\u00e8mes de conservation de l'eau et bien d'autres applications.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">\n<h2>Qu'est-ce qu'un DTU ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">UN DTU (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.key-iot.com\/fr\/iotproduct\/lte-dtu\/\"><strong>Unit\u00e9 de transfert de donn\u00e9es<\/strong><\/a>) sert principalement \u00e0 transmettre des donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re transparente \u00e0 des plateformes en nuage. Cette transmission transparente signifie que si vous avez des donn\u00e9es provenant d'interfaces s\u00e9rie RS-485 ou RS-232 sur votre site, c'est essentiellement comme si vous \u00e9tendiez un c\u00e2ble virtuel \u00e0 votre plateforme \u00e0 distance.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Par exemple, lorsque je transmets ces donn\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re transparente \u00e0 la plateforme en nuage via des m\u00e9thodes sans fil, la plateforme en nuage peut traiter ces donn\u00e9es, \u00e9tablir une communication bidirectionnelle et g\u00e9rer les param\u00e8tres. Mais quelle est la caract\u00e9ristique principale ? Il s'agit de la \"transmission transparente\", qui signifie exactement ce qu'elle veut dire : quel que soit le format des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la source, c'est exactement de cette mani\u00e8re qu'elles sont transmises \u00e0 la plateforme. Pour ce faire, la plate-forme doit effectuer les conversions appropri\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es. Dans le cas de protocoles courants tels que Modbus RTU ou les donn\u00e9es de communication s\u00e9rie RS-232, la plateforme en nuage doit analyser ces donn\u00e9es avant de pouvoir proc\u00e9der \u00e0 l'analyse et au traitement.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">\n<h2>Qu'est-ce qu'une passerelle ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.key-iot.com\/fr\/iotproduct\/industrial-iot-gateway\/\"><strong>passerelle<\/strong><\/a> (litt\u00e9ralement \"passerelle\" en anglais) est quelque peu similaire \u00e0 un DTU, \u00e9tant \u00e9galement un dispositif utilis\u00e9 pour la transmission de donn\u00e9es. Mais quelle est la particularit\u00e9 des passerelles ? Les passerelles effectuent la conversion des protocoles et l'analyse des donn\u00e9es. Qu'est-ce que cela signifie ? Par exemple, si mon \u00e9quipement de terrain utilise le protocole RS-485 Modbus RTU, mais que la plateforme en nuage requiert le protocole MQTT ou HTTP, la passerelle peut mettre en \u0153uvre cette conversion entre les protocoles. C'est la plus grande diff\u00e9rence avec un DTU.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">\n<h4>Un exemple pratique<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Prenons un exemple concret. Supposons que je dispose d'un capteur de temp\u00e9rature et d'humidit\u00e9 qui communique via le protocole Modbus RTU par l'interm\u00e9diaire d'une interface RS-485. Si l'on utilise un DTU, les paquets de donn\u00e9es hexad\u00e9cimales envoy\u00e9s par le capteur, comme \"01 03 00 00 00 02 C4 0B\", seront transmis \u00e0 la plate-forme en nuage tels quels. La plate-forme en nuage doit alors analyser ces donn\u00e9es comme une commande de lecture Modbus qui lit les registres 0 et 1 de l'appareil num\u00e9ro 1.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Cependant, avec une passerelle, elle recevrait d'abord ce paquet de donn\u00e9es Modbus, puis l'analyserait en valeurs r\u00e9elles telles que 25,6\u00b0C pour la temp\u00e9rature et 60,3% pour l'humidit\u00e9, et l'enverrait ensuite \u00e0 la plateforme en nuage au format MQTT JSON, par exemple {\"temp\u00e9rature\":25,6, \"humidit\u00e9\":60,3}. La plateforme en nuage peut l'utiliser directement sans avoir \u00e0 analyser le protocole Modbus.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">\n<h2>Comment les choisir ?<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Quels sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 prendre en compte lors de la s\u00e9lection ? Cela d\u00e9pend de notre sc\u00e9nario d'application sp\u00e9cifique. Si votre plateforme cloud a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des capacit\u00e9s d'analyse pour des appareils ou des protocoles sp\u00e9cifiques, l'utilisation d'un DTU pourrait \u00eatre plus simple et plus directe. Par exemple, les DTU ne n\u00e9cessitent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas beaucoup de param\u00e8tres de configuration - le simple r\u00e9glage des param\u00e8tres du port s\u00e9rie, des adresses de serveur et des ports est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement suffisant. Les passerelles, parce qu'elles effectuent une conversion de protocole, ont besoin de plus de param\u00e8tres pour \u00eatre configur\u00e9es, comme les adresses des registres de p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, les types de donn\u00e9es, les formules de conversion, etc.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">En termes de puissance de traitement, les DTU ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des processeurs plus petits et moins de m\u00e9moire puisqu'ils doivent seulement transmettre des donn\u00e9es sans analyse complexe. Les DTU, qui n'effectuent qu'une transmission transparente sans traiter les donn\u00e9es elles-m\u00eames, mettent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en \u0153uvre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au niveau de la liaison \u00e0 l'aide de technologies telles que VPN, SSL\/TLS, etc.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">\n<h2>Exemples de projets r\u00e9els<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Voyons comment choisir dans le cadre de projets r\u00e9els. Par exemple, dans le cas d'un projet de surveillance de serres agricoles n\u00e9cessitant de contr\u00f4ler la temp\u00e9rature, l'humidit\u00e9, la lumi\u00e8re et les niveaux de CO2 dans des centaines de serres, et si chaque serre dispose de quelques capteurs utilisant des protocoles uniformes, l'utilisation de DTU pourrait s'av\u00e9rer plus \u00e9conomique. Nous pourrions placer une DTU dans chaque serre, la connecter aux capteurs locaux et transmettre les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la plateforme en nuage pour une analyse et un traitement unifi\u00e9s.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">Toutefois, dans le cas d'un projet d'automatisation d'usine comportant divers \u00e9quipements utilisant diff\u00e9rents protocoles (Modbus, Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley et protocoles personnalis\u00e9s pour les \u00e9quipements existants), l'utilisation de DTU n\u00e9cessiterait que la plateforme en nuage prenne en charge l'analyse de tous ces protocoles, ce qui repr\u00e9senterait une charge de travail consid\u00e9rable. L'utilisation de passerelles permettrait de convertir les protocoles au niveau de la passerelle et d'envoyer les donn\u00e9es \u00e0 la plateforme en nuage dans un format unifi\u00e9, ce qui simplifierait grandement le d\u00e9veloppement de la plateforme en nuage.<\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\"><\/div>\n<div translate=\"no\">En conclusion, les DTU et les passerelles ont tous deux leurs avantages, et nous devons choisir les dispositifs appropri\u00e9s en fonction de nos sc\u00e9narios d'application et de nos exigences sp\u00e9cifiques.
